AYSO Registration

AYSO Membership Year 2023 (Fall23/Spring24)

For Membership Year 2023 (Fall23/Spring24) we welcome players with birth years 2012 through 2019.
If you’re new to AYSO, please read more about
our program

Reminder: All players will need to re-register in Spring 2024 (see "Payment" below for more details), regardless of Fall 2023 status.

Our Teams

10U and 12U are travel teams and will have both practice and a game each week. 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U are non-travel groups and have one practice each week. These groups do not play a separate game each week.

You can learn more about player placement and the age bracket policies below in Age Brackets.

New Players

Welcome! To register a player, follow these steps:

  1. Primary parent/guardian.  Go to the hamiltonayso.com homepage. Create an account for yourself (you will register players in just a moment).  Remember your username and password!
  2. Secondary parent/guardian.  If you wish to add a secondary parent/guardian’s contact information (to be cc’d on all program related emails), click “Add Additional Account Holder” and fill in the requested information.
  3. Players.  Add ‘participants’ (players).  Follow the prompts to provide player information, to sign the necessary waivers, and to make your payment.

Payment (NEW FOR Membership Year 2023)

Players will complete the entire registration process each season. This is a change from the registration process prior to fall 2023.

The registration fees are:

 travel teams non-travel teams
Players NOT registered in Fall 2023  $40 $35
Players registered in Fall 2023 $20 $15

Game jersey (if new one needed) $15 N/A

Registration fees include the organization fee of $20(travel)/$15(non-travel) plus a once-per-membership year mandatory $20.00 player fee for the National AYSO organization. The organization fee is inclusive of a $2.75 transaction fee. Travel players will also need to purchase a game jersey ($15) if they do not have one.

If players were registered in fall23, they have already paid the player fee and will not be charged again for this fee.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available.  Before you register, please contact the Registrar at [email protected].  Everybody that wants to play, plays!

Refund Policy

Up until the start of the season in question, a refund can be granted minus the $20.00 National Player Fee and the $2.75 Transaction Fee. Once a season has begun, after 1st practice, no refund is available unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be considered on a case by case basis.

Age Brackets

AYSO players are grouped by the year of their birth - according to National Guidelines. Players in the same grade in school sometimes end up in different divisions. The registration system will automatically place your child into the appropriate age division. Players will remain in their age groups based on national AYSO guidelines.

For the current membership year (Fall23/Spring24),

travel teamsnon-travel teams
12U (birth years 2012 & 2013)
10U (birth years 2014 & 2015)

8U (birth year 2016)
7U (birth year 2017)
6U (birth year 2018)
5U (birth year 2019)

Any exceptions are at the discretion of the Board. We will follow these guidelines for exceptions:
1. We will move up a player between travel teams (i.e., 10U to 12U) when their parent is coaching an older sibling's travel team. This is to minimize required travel.
2. We will move up a player when necessary to create a full team at the next age group.

We will allow players who have previously played on an older team to continue at that level (but no higher). For example, if a player previously played 12U, they may continue playing 12U.
